In Person
Pay in person at CityWest in Prince Rupert (246 3rd Ave W), Terrace (2709 Kalum St) or Smithers (3767 2nd Ave).  If the office is closed, please drop off in the mail slot.

Pay With Your Visa or Mastercard (My Account)
You can pay via our website. You will need a password to access this service - please call us at 1-800-442-8664 or 250-624-2111 (if you live in Prince Rupert) to arrange for your password. Or visit one of our offices in Prince Rupert, Terrace or Smithers.

Pre-Authorized Payments
Want to make your life easier? Complete a preauthorized payment form from CityWest (or drop by or call us at 1-800-442-8664 and we will mail you one) and your payments will automatically be deducted from your bank account or credit card every month. You'll receive an invoice for your records, but you won't have to remember to pay your bill. Payments are withdrawn on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed on the previous or next business day.

Please make your cheque payable to "CityWest Cable and Telephone" and reference your CityWest account number. If we have not received the cheque by the last day of the month, late charges will apply.

Internet /Telephone Banking
Arrange through your financial institution to pay your phone bill by telephone or by the Internet. The vendor to choose is CityWest Cable & Telephone or CityWest Telephone depending on your bank.
Important Note: When you pay at the bank, to avoid late charges, please allow 5 business days for processing. CityWest does not automatically receive your payment from the bank when the payment is made.
 

My wife and I have lived in five different homes in Rupert over the years, and every single installation was handled in a very efficient and expedient fashion and it was always done by someone that we knew as a fellow Rupertite. The installation always took place on the day that we moved into the house and we continued to be very impressed by that consistent level of service. On occasion, there have been times when power interruptions and storms have caused some problems; but it has always been evident to me that my fellow Rupertites who are the employees of CityWest have our best interests in heart as far as getting the service back on line and functioning as soon as is possible
