Let's Go Fishing!

Trophy Chinook Salmon, Halibut and Ling Cod all abound in this area. New Pacifica has a proven track record for finding fish and our fast boat means we can get to the best fishing grounds sooner, to spend more time fishing! We specialize in 3 to 4 day fishing charters, with nights spent at our private lodge to relax, shower, and enjoy the catch of the day barbequed to perfection. Half day, full day, and overnight trips are also available.

A typical day at the Lodge begins at the crack of dawn with a good breakfast before departure. We leave our safe anchorage at Dunira Island and within a few minutes we are at the fishing grounds. We keep alert for signs to indicate the presence of fish. From now on we will fish seriously for salmon, halibut, ling cod or red snapper distracted only by the sight of whales or dolphins and the cradle motion of the Pacific.

At the end of the day we return to the Lodge, stopping to retrieve our shrimp and crab pots to see what else the sea has provided. Guests can shower, kick back and relax inside or out on the deck of our floating lodge while supper is being prepared. Sleep in a comfortable bed and awake refreshed for the next day's adventure.
