Entry Fee and Registration: Individuals $25 2 Person Teams $50 4 Person Teams $100 BC Athletics Full members deduct $3 (This does not apply to supporting members)

In person registration and race package pick-up: Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Far West Sport and Cycle, 125 1st Ave W, Prince Rupert, BC or Sunday, April 13, 2008 from 12 Noon to 12:45 p.m. at the Civic Centre
All participants will receive a long sleeved designer T-shirt. Register early to ensure correct shirt size!
Start and Finish: Prince Rupert Performing Arts Centre (PAC) at 1100 McBride Street, Prince Rupert
Route: Out and back along Highway 16, turning around at the Galloway Rapids Rest area. No support vehicles are permitted along the course except at designated changeover areas (Tall Trees Trail, Galloway Rapids Rest Area and Tall Trees Trail again).
Two Person Relay: There are three categories: Male, Female, and Mixed. Runners will switch at the Galloway Rapids Rest Area.
Four Person Relay: One category only for teams of four people. Runners will switch at the Tall Trees Trail, Galloway Rapids Rest area and Tall Trees Trail again.
Awards: Medals to the first three individuals in each category and the first relay team in each category. Ribbons to second and third teams in each team category. Each runner may enter only one category.
Awards Ceremony: Refreshments and awards after the race at the Civic Centre.
Draw Prizes: All finishers are eligible but must be present to pick up their prizes. Prizes are donated by local businesses and the Rupert Runners Running Club.
